It was incorporated in August, 2020. In 2021, it was the first household in Qingxu Special Food Industry Cluster in Taiyuan, covering an area of nearly 700 mu. In September, 2022, the production line project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of vinegar was completed and put into operation.

Production Process

In strict accordance with the production standards of Shanxi over-mature vinegar, it is made by using superior sorghum, bran and chaff as raw materials, adding 62.5% Daqu according to the highest production standards of vinegar, and brewing through 82 processes of steaming, fermenting, smoking, drenching and aging.
